As lead product designer, directly under the design director, responsible for the user experience of Weilidai (微粒贷), one of the largest online loan product in China, and several digital products. In charge of overall quality of the output of the design team.
I also establish design systems, guidelines and standard workflows, helping to improve design quality and efficiency of the team.
